Pottery Pulse ships orders FREE to customers within the lower 48 contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia).

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation
e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and
pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

Estimates Delivery Timing - ( Handling Time + Transit Time )

Many of our products are made to order. So, we ask your understanding as the manufacturer produces your product and prepares it for shipping directly to you. We will do our best to to publish the most accurate lead times from order to ship. 

Handling Time: 1 - 3 Days (Mon - Fri)

Transit Time: 3 - 7 Days (Mon - Fri)

Order Cut Off Time:  5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the website of the shipping carrier.


It is important to note that a signature is required upon delivery. The person accepting the delivery at the specified address will need to provide their signature as proof of receipt. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.

Delivery Address Changes:

If you need to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Please note that address changes may not always be possible, depending on the stage of shipping.
