Just what we wanted, solid base and plenty of space.

We have not used the kiln yet, but I wanted to express our gratitude for the excellent customer service we received from Chris at Pottery Pulse. He was very hands on and helpful throughout the entire purchasing and delivery process! We appreciate you Chris and will certainly let you know when we need to order accessories or other supplies!

I absolutely love the Evenheat kiln I got from Pottery Pulse, Chris was very helpful as i was deciding. I live in Hawaii and the build and shippiing were very fast, the kiln arrived in great condition and since unboxing it I've been quite happy with it! I'd highly recommend Pottery Pulse to anyone looking for a kiln.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Chris at Pottery Pulse. He provided updates on the whereabouts of the kiln in the manufacturing and shipping processes. His concern for our total satisfaction is absolutely evident and I have never been happier with any purchase I ever made on the internet.
As for the kiln itself, I haven't turned it on yet but it looks magnificent, I am very pleased with my selection.
This is going to work out very well for me.
I should add that I am not a potter , and I am using the kiln to anneal copper sheet.
I chose the traveler kiln as a relative of mine may use it in the future and it will be easy to move it to her house.

Struggling to convey how happy I am…I shopped around for a kiln and hit Chris from Pottery Pulse with a million questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and even contacted the maker to find out specific production time. My kiln arrived a month ahead of schedule and he kept in contact with me the whole time. I’m blown away by their customer service. This is a fabulous company!!

I am the type of guy who enjoys the feeling of a good deal, after several days of searching for a kiln (which I know nothing about) for my wife as a gift I found Pottery Pulse to have the best value & product. This would have been just fine by itself considering we live in a new world of electronical & impersonal transactions so right of the bat I was satisfied. What happened next took me through a nostalgic time machine, taking me back to a time when my friends & I would jump on our Huffy bikes and ride miles away from home to visit the local grocery where everybody knew your name, had a smile on their face & genuinely cared about making sure you were taken care of & treated with respect. A place you could look through Baseball cards & buy only the ones that you need to complete your favorite team along with you favorite piece of candy for a penny each. These were incredibly great times. After purchasing the kiln, Chris was with me every step of the way keeping me updated with manufacturing, timeframes and any concerns I had. This is something he chose to initiate himself, something you unfortunately very rarely see these days. He made me feel like my transaction was important and even more that I as a person was important & that my needs mattered. Anyone who is considering purchasing from Pottery Pulse & comes from the generation that I described, I urge you to take that nostalgic trip. I promise you will not be disappointed. Great prices and very knowledgeable staff that will walk you through all the available features of the kilns you are considering. A few months ago our aged kiln gave out its last puff of controlled heat. We shopped around until finding a super cooperative merchant of Evenheat Kilns that was the perfect size and specs for what we needed. Just ordered the 1214-120HE Kiln & couldn't be happier with the customer service from Chris! He walked me through the many questions I had & went above & beyond, contacting the kiln manufacturer, to get answers! With a lot of patience dealing with the the ins & outs of purchasing a large item & shipping it to Hawai'i, we both came out excited & satisfied with all outcomes! Now we wait... HAD AN UNEXPECTED WORK LOAD FROM THE TIME I RECEIVE MY KILN. HAVE HAD NO TIME TO SET IT UP AND DO A TEST RUN.
I WILL GET THE RESULTS OF THAT FIRST TEST RUN TO U BY EMAIL SOON AS I CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN. CAN HARDLY WAIT TO TRY IT OUT. THANK U SOMUCH, CARL
