I am the type of guy who enjoys the feeling of a good deal, after several days of searching for a kiln (which I know nothing about) for my wife as a gift I found Pottery Pulse to have the best value & product. This would have been just fine by itself considering we live in a new world of electronical & impersonal transactions so right of the bat I was satisfied. This is something he chose to initiate himself, something you unfortunately very rarely see these days. Just ordered the 1214-120HE Kiln & couldn't be happier with the customer service from Chris! HAD AN UNEXPECTED WORK LOAD FROM THE TIME I RECEIVE MY KILN. HAVE HAD NO TIME TO SET IT UP AND DO A TEST RUN.
