Christopher has been the absolute best at helping me with my first major kiln purchase. We had some issues with the shipping company (not with Pottery Pulse!), and he stepped in personally to assist me in getting everything made right. Then he checked in afterwards to make sure it was working well. I have bought a new car and felt less supported by the dealer than I did buying a kiln from Pottery Pulse. Seriously, if you are getting a kiln, get it here.

I was needing some replacement parts on my kiln but since I am a novice when it comes to kilns, I asked the help of Chris to help with diagnosing and resolving the issue ( it was normal wear).

I am a newbie to the pottery world but I am not new to customer service and let me say Chris is above tops on this!!! From the day I ordered Chris reached out to see if I needed anything. He was only a text away whenever I had a question-which was often. The lead time for my kiln was long but that is to be expected when you make adjustments to a “floor” model. In the end it was a little longer than I could handle but Chris was still there going above and beyond (and BEYOND)to get my Pheeny Fawkes (every kiln needs a cool name) delivered and she is a beauty!!!
