Key Features of the Evenheat Furniture Kit for the Studio Pro 28 model:

This set includes one full shelf, measuring 24 inches by 24 inches by 3/4 inch. That's 4 square feet! 

The kit contains four 1-inch posts to support the shelf, raising them above the kiln floor. Evenheat recommends that you always use posts under your shelf to raise it off the floor and suggest starting with 1" posts. You are welcome to use any size post you wish. They do not recommend placing the shelf directly on the kiln floor, which can lead to damage.

This promotes better heat distribution and is a recommended practice. Posting up allows heat to get to the underside of the shelf which helps to eliminate and minimizes bubbles. It also helps to minimize differences in shelf temperature to avoid breaking.

Additional items in this kit include one 6 Reed Haik Brush and one 24-ounce container of Shelf Primer from Hotline Hi-Fire Brand.
