As Evenheat says: Better by Design!
Top Load
The HF 1813 showcases a vertical-loading structure and presents a spacious chamber, 17.5 inches in diameter and 13.5 inches deep.
The 17.5" chamber is the preferred minimum diameter for ceramic work.
Outfitted with 3 inches of premium firebrick insulation, this kiln effortlessly achieves and sustains elevated temperatures.

Lid Handle
The Evenheat 8" lid handle is thoughtfully crafted for user convenience. Positioned strategically at the wide corner, the handle offers a firm and comfortable hold, even with gloves on. Its distinctive design not only enhances usability but also contributes to the overall pleasing experience of operating it.

Lid Vent
The HF 1813 comes with an innovative two-position lid vent, ingeniously designed to accelerate the cooling phase with finesse.

Swing View Equipped
The HF 1813's temperature controls are effortlessly incorporated into our cutting-edge Swing View Adjustable Enclosure.
This pioneering component boasts a swivel and lift-up design, allowing you to effortlessly tilt the control panel to your preferred angle for comfortable viewing and programming. Once done, you can just lower it back down for an unobstructed view from any spot in your studio. The mechanism is intuitive and user-friendly.
The Swing View is particularly compatible with touchscreen controls such as the TAP II, Icon+, and Icon, offering the flexibility to adjust the screen to the ideal viewing angle. Its convenience and practicality are features you're sure to value.

3" Firebrick with No Loss in Chamber Volume
Throughout the chronicles of kiln design evolution, the 2-1/2" firebrick stood as a staple. However, with the advent of high-temperature demands, the 3" firebrick ascended, prompting many kiln manufacturers to concede. They chose to reduce the firing chamber size to integrate the thicker insulation, maintaining the traditional external kiln size.
Evenheat, however, embarked on a distinct journey. Instead of diminishing the chamber's size, they preserved its spacious interior and extended the outer dimensions. This innovative strategy ensures the retention of the chamber's volume, guaranteeing a perfect fit for standard kiln furniture. This deliberate design choice reflects a commitment to maintaining compatibility and ease of use.

Swing-Away Peephole Covers
Within the domain of Evenheat's kiln creations, we are excited to unveil our swing-away peephole covers, a remarkable upgrade from traditional plug options. This innovation is the epitome of intelligent design!
Traditional plugs are infamous for their propensity to disappear or deteriorate over time. However, our robust peephole covers defy these challenges. Permanently affixed to the kiln, they effortlessly pivot open and close on your cue. Bid farewell to the perennial concerns of losing or damaging them. With this ingenious solution, ease of use and lasting durability coalesce beautifully.

Lid Prop
The HF 1813 comes thoughtfully fitted with a lid prop bar, designed to hold the lid securely and comfortably in its open position. This convenient addition pairs seamlessly with our meticulously designed lid handle, collectively elevating the simplicity and smoothness of the kiln's operation.

Relay Access Port
The HF 1813 features Evenheat's Relay Access Port, ingeniously designed for straightforward, hassle-free relay replacement without the need to remove the entire panel.
Users can effortlessly remove the access plate to reach the mechanical relays, bypassing the necessity to dismantle the control panel or navigate through intricate internal wiring. This process is incredibly straightforward and efficient, requiring nothing more than a screwdriver.
Considering that mechanical relays are bound to fail eventually, the inclusion of this relay access port by Evenheat proves to be extremely beneficial during such times.
While Pottery Pulse strongly recommends investing in the Quiet Drive Solid State Relay system, for those on a budget, this innovation serves as a valuable and user-friendly feature.

Full Stainless Steel Jackets
The concept of multi-section, multi-jacketed kilns was initially conceived to cut manufacturing costs and streamline the installation process, objectives that are undeniably admirable. However, this strategy often leads to a reduction in kiln quality—a sacrifice Evenheat is not willing to entertain.
Evenheat's dedication to superior craftsmanship is evident in their approach to kiln construction. Opting for complete stainless steel jackets that extend from the base to the lid, they prioritize enduring strength and stability. This intentional design choice ensures their kilns are impervious to leaks, wobbling, or structural weaknesses. Opting for an Evenheat kiln means choosing a product with full stainless jackets, where exceptional construction quality is not just an attribute; it's a commitment.
