Chris went above and beyond what was necessary when I contacted him with a question. I'm excited for my new kiln to arrive. I seldom recommend businesses because I don't want to influence someone to spend money. That's up to them. But every so often I will break this rule and this is one of those cases. Next time I'm in the need for anything PotteryPulse carries this is the first place I will look!

I absolutely love the Evenheat kiln I got from Pottery Pulse, Chris was very helpful as i was deciding. I live in Hawaii and the build and shippiing were very fast, the kiln arrived in great condition and since unboxing it I've been quite happy with it! I'd highly recommend Pottery Pulse to anyone looking for a kiln.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Chris at Pottery Pulse. He provided updates on the whereabouts of the kiln in the manufacturing and shipping processes. I should add that I am not a potter , and I am using the kiln to anneal copper sheet.
I chose the traveler kiln as a relative of mine may use it in the future and it will be easy to move it to her house.
