As Evenheat says: Better by Design!
7"x7"x7" Chamber
The chamber of the Cube 7 measures 7" x 7" x 7". Perfect for machinist, prototype work and smaller blades.

Side Opening Door
Heat treating involves removing extremely hot materials from the chamber for quenching, and safety is paramount. In the Cube 7, the door swings out and to the side, positioning the super-heated surface safely away from you. This thoughtful design lets you focus entirely on your work without the risk of accidental contact with the hot door.

Full Firebrick Construction
The Cube 7, like all of Evenheat's heat treat ovens, is constructed entirely from premium firebrick.
Firebrick is renowned for its ability to absorb and retain heat, then release it gradually and consistently during the critical soak/hold phase. This unique characteristic ensures exceptional temperature stability, making it an ideal choice for precision heat treatment.

Cool Touch Handle
The handle and latch on the swing-out door are thoughtfully positioned at the front for easy access—no more fumbling along the side. This spring-loaded phenolic handle stays cool to the touch, is designed for effortless one-handed operation, and doubles as the secure door latch, ensuring both convenience and safety.

Relay Access Port
The Cube 7 features a convenient Relay Access Port, making relay replacement quick and hassle-free. Why is that necessary with a solid-state unit where we expect the relay to last the life of the oven? Great question!
This is because there is an integration of a mechanical relay as a safety feature within the solid-state system. Solid-state units are technically never fully "on" or "off," meaning a small leakage current can persist without direct intervention. The mechanical relay solves this by completely interrupting the circuit, eliminating any potential leakage.
This relay operates only twice per firing cycle: once at the beginning to allow current to flow to the solid-state system, and once at the end to fully cut off the current. While the safety relay rarely requires replacement, the convenient Relay Access Port ensures effortless maintenance if needed.
Now that’s intelligent engineering in action!

Door Shield
The door shield is designed to protect the firebrick from damage while also minimizing heat exposure to the door and handle, ensuring durability and safer handling.

Swing View Equipped
The TAP II and RampMaster temperature controls are housed in an innovative Swing View Adjustable Enclosure.
This pivoting, swing-up design lets you rotate the control panel to your ideal viewing and programming angle. When finished, simply lay it flat for easy visibility from across your shop—it's effortless and convenient.
The Swing View enclosure is especially compatible with touchscreen controls like the TAP II, allowing you to perfectly align the viewing angle for maximum comfort and usability. You’ll appreciate the difference!

2350°F Maximum Temperature
The maximum usable temperature for the Cube 7 is 2350°F (1287°C).

Maintenance Parts Tag
To assist you in replacing worn items, Evenheat has included a maintenance parts tag on the Cube 7indicating the proper Evenheat part numbers for anticipated maintenance items. Brilliant.
