Generally speaking the Studio Pro shelves are rarely posted up and can be set directly onto the fiber base. We do not recommend placing your glass directly on to the fiber base as failure of your shelf primer or other barrier will damage the base.

Because solid-state units also feature a mechanical relay as a crucial safety component.

This intelligent design addresses the inherent nature of solid-state systems, which are never completely on or off and can generate a slight, almost imperceptible leakage current to the elements. The mechanical relay eliminates this issue by physically breaking the circuit, ensuring full isolation and zero leakage.
