Studio Pro Re-Imagined for 2024
Front Access
The hallmark of the Studio Pro design lies in its innovative front access. This feature allows you to effortlessly raise the chamber, revealing an entirely open and wall-free floor.
This front access design is ideal for positioning glass: you can easily assemble your work directly on the shelf before sealing the chamber. Additionally, it proves exceptionally useful for techniques that necessitate a horizontal approach, like raking, roll-ups, and various manipulation methods.
Shown with optional casters and shelves.
Top Access
The Studio Pro 41 boasts a top access feature, a key component of its dual access design.
This top access is superb for loading shelves and forms, facilitating easy and accurate placement. It's also the preferred choice for various vertical-approach manipulation techniques, including embossing.
Additionally, the top access enables effective venting through its two-position vent system (details below).
Ideal Controller Location
The TAP or Icon+ control is conveniently situated right at the front, aligned with your body level. Step right up and experience ease of use.
Utterly ideal.
The placement of the controller was a critical focus in the design of the Studio Pro, and we're thrilled that Evenheat has introduced this thoughtful feature.
Swing View Equipped
The TAP and Icon+ temperature controls are seamlessly integrated into this innovative Swing View Adjustable Enclosure.
This unique feature includes a pivotable, swing-up enclosure, enabling you to adjust the control to your preferred viewing and programming angle effortlessly. After setting it, simply lower it back down for easy visibility from anywhere in the studio. It's as straightforward as that.
The Swing View is especially complementary to touchscreen controls such as the TAP and Icon+, as it allows for the perfect alignment of the viewing angle. It's an addition you're sure to appreciate.
Control Center
The Studio Pro 41 ingeniously positions all power components separate from the kiln chamber, relocating them to a dedicated control center at the rear of the kiln base.
This considerate layout ensures that vital power components are distanced from the heat of the chamber, maintaining them in a lower, cooler, and unobtrusive position. The introduction of this control center marks a significant and welcome shift from conventional kiln designs.
2-Position Lid Vent
The Studio Pro 41 features a versatile 2-position lid vent system.
In the lower vent setting, the lid is propped approximately one inch open, ideal for releasing fumes from adhesives and other low-temperature binding materials.
The upper vent position opens the lid by roughly four inches, greatly aiding in accelerating the cooling process.
Fiber Lid Construction
The lid of the Studio Pro 41 is crafted from a fiber material known for its superior thermal characteristics and lightweight nature. This design strategically places the heating elements on the surface, optimizing heat transfer and firing efficiency.
The specific fiber used for the lid is selected for its exceptionally low-shot quality. It's further enhanced with a no-shot fiber sheet covering. This combination not only results in a lighter lid but also significantly reduces the chances of any debris from the lid contaminating the glass. A truly thoughtful and efficient design feature.
Maintenance Parts Tag
To aid in the replacement of parts subject to wear and tear, Evenheat has added a convenient maintenance parts tag to the Studio Pro 41. This tag lists the appropriate Evenheat part numbers for common maintenance items.
Be honest. How many of you wish manufacturers started doing this ages ago?

Lift Assisted
The Studio Pro 41 is equipped with a spring lift assist feature to facilitate easy opening of the chamber. This expertly designed mechanism operates smoothly and securely, ensuring that the chamber stays comfortably open when needed.
During intense work sessions, reliable and stress-free operation is essential, and the Studio Pro 41's spring lift assist provides just that.
Power Interrupt Switch Equipped
The Studio Pro 41 comes standard with a power interrupt switch, designed to cut off electrical power to all heating elements whenever the lid or chamber is opened.
This feature is particularly crucial for users who need to access the kiln mid-firing, such as during glass manipulation and roll-up processes.
