Compact yet powerful, the Jen-Ken AF3P 11/4.5 Glass Kiln with 2″ Flip Door is designed for artists exploring a variety of warm glass techniques—from fusing and slumping to casting, bead annealing, lampworking, and metal clay work. Despite its small footprint, it offers generous workspace for projects up to a 10″ round or 7″ square shelf, making it perfect for small studios or personal creative setups.

The 2″ fiber-lined flip door provides easy side access for bead and lampwork projects and can be converted to an all-brick configuration by inserting the included brick plug—ideal for switching between annealing, fusing, and slumping modes. Large handles allow easy movement, and the kiln can be used as a tabletop unit on a metal table or safely placed on a bench setup with proper insulation and airflow.

Controller

This kiln features the reliable Orton AutoFire 3-Button Digital Controller, offering precise, user-friendly control for consistent, repeatable results. Its simple interface is ideal for artists who want accurate temperature management without complex programming. (Solid State Relay not available on this model.)
