Jen-Ken AFG ProFusion 52 Deep Glass Kiln
The Jen-Ken AFG ProFusion 52 Deep Glass Kiln is the largest model in the ProFusion fiber series—engineered for artists tackling their biggest glass fusing and slumping projects. With a massive 52″ × 26″ × 15″ interior, it’s built to handle full-format glass panels or multiple smaller pieces with speed and precision. Its rigid fiber lid features quartz-encased elements for maximum radiant heat, enabling rapid firings and consistent results. The included 25″ × 51″ solid fiber shelf lays flat on the brick base, transforming the kiln into a full fiber chamber for faster, more efficient heat-up and cool-down cycles.
An integrated stand with casters raises the kiln floor to a comfortable 34″ counter height, making loading effortless, while the spring-assisted dual lid lifters provide smooth, lightweight handling. The separate, wall-mountable controller eliminates heat exposure and awkward bending, keeping programming at eye level for easy access. With its modular brick floor, durable construction, and advanced temperature control, the ProFusion 52 is ideal for production studios and artists who demand both capacity and performance.

This kiln comes standard with the Orton AutoFire 4000 12-Key Controller, offering precise digital control and 25 customizable firing schedules. Two optional touchscreen upgrades are also available:
